Stroffolino Bridge fixed after getting stuck open

Update: 12:43 p.m.: The bridge is fixed and open to traffic.

NORWALK – Norwalk Police say the Stroffolino Bridge is stuck in the open position.

The bridge spans the Norwalk River and connects East Norwalk to South Norwalk.

The bridge has had several recent instances of being unable to close.

There is no estimate on when it will be functioning.
